Scroll to Cisco Webex Productivity Tools and click the Download link. Install the appropriate tool based on your computer's operating system.
Click the Download link from the navigation list. Go to and sign in using your ECU credentials. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. 
Scroll to the Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App in the list and click the Download button. Option 2 - After upgrading to Big Sur, un-install the WebEx desktop client using this tool from Cisco and re-install. Option 1 - If possible, delay your upgrade to Big Sur until it has matured. Or, if you are signed in to Webex, click the Downloads link found in the navigation. Changes in MacOS with the Big Sur update are preventing WebEx desktop client from functioning properly. Go to and click the desktop app download link without logging in. NOTE: ECU-managed computers already have the latest desktop app already installed. The Webex desktop app lets you easily join, host and schedule Webex meetings without logging in through a browser, while the productivity tools (Windows) and Webex Scheduler app (Mac) provide Webex integration within Outlook.
